Citations are present. 7 to 9 points Journal entry shows some engagement with course materials by citing specific lessons/readings/videos that relate to the prompt but are not wholly focused. Entry p rovides some analysis but some thoughts are not clearly explained. Some citations are present; applicable material is not cited. 3 to 6 points Journal entry engages course materials or the prompt in a cursory way. Some points are not supported by course material s or outside research. The MindTap e-text readings are the only cited material . 0 to 2 points Journal entry does not clearly engage course material s or does not address the prompt . Entry consists primarily of opinion and is not supported by any material. No citations present.
